I am sitting listening to the rain drumming on the window and all I can think of is being anywhere else but in the UK in October - I think if I could be anywhere it would have to be somewhere - hot and dry!
Sometimes I'm here, sometimes I'm not.
Normally I would have told you MALTA, but this year it's a wet October too!

Anywhere nice and sunny and really hot!

Somewhere really cold, but all snuggled up, and there would need to be a massive fireplace!

If it's cold but all snuggled up, nothing beats Lauterbrunnen or Wengen in Switzerland. Went here when I was young but really really want to go back there...

I'd love to be there particularly for when the Ashes gets underway. Wondering if there is a pessimism in Australia about the Ashes this time round. Haven't really heard any brash 5-0 whitewash talk this time.
It ain't half hot when you're running, mum.
Somewhere without snow- it's too cold- it was fun when I was little, not so much now...

The snow's not too bad. It's about being prepared for it, I guess. It's freezing cold here in North Wales, but I was still working outside in it. Big warm jumper, and a warm coat. It also helps when the house is warm too, so I lit a fire and kept the central heating on. I'm actually a bit too warm now - I better go and turn the heating down!
Uh-oh spaghetti ohs
In bed with a hot bottle!

Either at an Italian Christmas market or preparing for the Ashes Test in Adelaide tomorrow!!

Oh that sound's good - the Christmas market that is, not a massive cricket fan but good to see England doing well last night.

Being in Adelaide right now would be hard to beat. Would love to rub the Aussies' noses in it as they are so good at rubbing in when they are on top. Awesome by England so far.
