Hi all... As a man of 41 running the London marathon this year, I'm trying to find out what time I have to beat to get an automatic place in next years race? I've looked everywhere and don't seem to be able to find an answer..... HELP!,,,,,, Neil

It's all here:
When you turn 41 you get a very generous extra 5 whole minutes!!
(thanks guys) So 3.15 is your target.
I'm also 41, although apparently I look early 30s. Have I mentioned that before?

Ah well, my PB for a half is 2:15 (but been taking a bit longer than that lately
) - think that translates to round about 5 hours for a marathon. So, if I can still run at that speed when I am 70 (26 years from now) then I will have a GFA
Spoogie37, as named by The Style Council - not the pop group but some strange woman I used to work with who wanted to put me on the Trinny and Susannah show.

If you have a sex change, it'll be a lot easier. Girls don't know they're born!!!!
