Great North West Half

I know I have been quiet for a while but I am still around and I keep reading all the posts from the 'Newbies' or 'Virgin Virgins'

Tomorrow I am running The Great North West Half in Blackpool. If you are there look out for 'the_judge' on the back of my Asthma UK running vest and say Hi.

If your not there you should be running a half somewhere as it is week 8 of 16 so Good Luck wherever you are running.

Well did it and got the 01:50 I was after for my 4hr London.

I know it is still a way off of my PB but after 2 years of Nasty Groin/hip injections and operations I can now look forward positively.

Speed work time now ready for the Harewood House and Bradford 10k's

Well done, that time is fantastic.  I've done that race twice, and find it hard with the two laps and not much scenery!!!

Be reasonable. Demand the impossible.

Judge, you are a real hard arse. Well done mate. Brilliant time and well on course for London. Just don't go peaking too soon now.~
