Just seen this on the bbc website, a 101-year-old man ran in a 10K race in east London, finishing in 1 hr 17 mins. He is also competing in the LVM this Sunday.
I'll be definetely looking out for him, if I'm not way behind him!
Hey-ho here I go

Yes, he is quite popular, and I believe, the world record holder for 90+ yr group. I would be elated if I am able to walk without support at that age!
ooh that will give me something to look out for, i like looking at all the different people, takes my mind off the fact i've got to run 26miles lol
