Hey!
Just wandering for those that listen to their ipods/mp3 etc whilst running, what is that one track that makes you want to run that little bit faster? that one track that really inspires you to keep going??
Row row row your boat

I love pootling along to just enjoying a run to The Boy Least Likely To's Be Gentle With Me.
At the moment I'm liking Flo Rida - good feeling, just because its a bouncy track that makes you feel good :)
Motivational tracks though I have to say I still listen to Heather Small - Proud... "What have you done today to make you feel PROUD!?" remember listening to it after running the marathon in 2010 so it makes me feel HAPPY :)
You can do anything if you put your mind to it!
When in doubt, the theme from 'The Trap' aka the BBC London Marathon 'theme tune'. Always great motivation to refocus on why you're out there training...again!

Edge of Glory is just 'beaty' enough for me to run to, if I'm on the treadmill I usually crank the pace up a bit and jog along to it for a few minutes. For me it's anything with a really good, consistent set of beats. Trance is perfect.
See you later

Sweet Disposition by Temper Trap. I listened to it over and over when I visited my sister in Australia and went for my runs along the amazing beaches. It gives me chills and always seems to be used as the 'victory' tune on TV shows! Click on the link to see the video. It seems it inspires everyone who listens to it. Especially as the main lyric is 'don't stop till it's over'
