Hi Beano - I ran 13.5m LSR last week in 1h51m so something around there or thereabouts I think, although my slightly sore achilles may have something to say about that!! Was thinking of lining up at the back as I'm doing 3.5m before, then the half and then running home (all part of the 18m LSR)
