You never know!!!! But really, I don't want to run round so everyone can see my name on my vest. Dunno why, just personal choice me-thinks.
Hi Marie,
If this is your first marathonyou will not realise what a big boost it is to hear people shouting your name and cheering you on especially in the last six miles when you will really be feeling it. I can tell you from personal experience get your name on your vest you won't regret it. Cheers Billyboy

I do want my name on my vest but just for the day. I dont want it stuck on, cos when I wear my vest again I'd rather not have my name on it. It is my first marathon & I'm ready and raring to go. Bring it on!!! (Aaaargh!)

Just a question but I guess it's advisible to run in your charity vest on a long run before race day?? I run around East London so the thought of everyone shouting out my name slightly concerns me
! I did think about wearing a tutu but I may ditch that idea, lol.

Wear something on top of it for your lsr if it worries you that much, but i thought it would get you in readiness for people shouting out your name on the big day, you should be proud that you are wearing and raising money for a charity that means so much to you, sod everyone else and what they think or say, i would have thought most people would encourage you anyway. Cheers Billyboy,
