Who is your favourite TV chef?

Simon Rimmer. Something for the weekend is just such a brilliant programme - seems very natural banter.

Yeah something for the weekend is good, they all seem to work well together, especially Tim Lovejoy. I also like Saturday Kitchen, the omelette challenge is awesome Cool

Yeah the omelette challenge is brilliant. I'd have to say my favourite TV cook is Nigella Lawson or Lorraine Pascale. Love their books too.

Yup, nothing like a lazy weekend watching SFTW and Saturday Kitchen, love it. I have to admit Jamie Oliver is my "current" favourite chef (30 minute meals) but defo my all time favourite is the great late Keith Floyd...now he was a proper chef (a glass of wine for the food and one for the gullet)!

Jamie is most certainly mine, has anyone tried his cheesy mushroom rissotto? Lush!

Gino D'Acampo! Love him!!

Yeah I love jamie and gino too! I love Nigel Slater's recipes but not him so much!

Rick Stein is one of my top favourites.

I also like Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall although I wouldn't say he was a 'chef', his programmes are just really enjoyable and happen to contain great cooking. Love Nigella by default and enjoy watching Ken Hom.

Nigel Slater is popular with Mrs twammers at the moment. He has a very laid back style, which I've grown to accept. His recipes always look very tempting and he's got an awesome kitchen setup with just a little more space than your average family house-kitchen!

Jamie wins for me too, but Nigella is a close second, her cornbread topped chilli is a winner!
