Has anyone heard of/ done the ADF diet? It stands for Alternate Day fasting Diet, you minimise calories to around 500/600 on one day and then eat healthily the next.

Sounds a bit silly to me; If you eat a healthy balanced diet, and exercise regularly then why starve yourself . Fasting diet! What next..

My mum is on it at the moment, she read it in the daily mail so that gives you some idea of the quality of the advice. It's like anything it will make you lose weight but it's not sustainable.
