I have some Zotrim Diet Pills, I haven't taken any yet, wonder if anyone else has had experience with these or has any ideas or advice? Pros Cons etc, they are natural, and have read several things about them, but yeah... what do you think? I am just desperate to lose some weight, found my black dress yesterday and it didnt fit! So yeah...

Maybe Lozzle is just the right size, and it's the dress that isn't?
Seriously, I don't think you (or anyone) should even contemplate taking pills like that unless it is under the guidance and supervision of a qualified medical practitioner (GP). That said (I'm making a judgement from your profile picture now) you do not look like you are carrying an excessive amount of weight, I doubt very much that you are clinically obese, and I would be willing to place a bet that, for that very reason, your GP would tell you that you don't need the pills.
You're worrying too much
. Be a little bit patient, stick with your training, and so long as you eat sensibly (neither over-eating nor starving) you will see changes in your body shape. You may or may not lose weight, but as you build more mileage you will burn more fat and build more muscle, and that is going to 'tone you up' regardless of what the scales say
.

I agree....i wouldnt touch them and my advice to you would be that if your are training for the marathon and are eating sensibly then you do not need them to loose weight. That will happen without the use of pills. And as said previously....by the looks of your picture you have nothing to worry about.
I have known a couple of people who have taken such pills and they didnt have any side effects or problems but at the same time thought that the pills didnt actually make that much difference to their weight loss.
Remember if your going to get the best out of your training and running performance then good nutrition is vital...your body is the engine and then engine needs good fuel to keep going. Body fat percentage....if thats what your worried about will decrease through good fuel and training.
I hope my thoughts have helped.

Thanks, I wont take them, at least for now, do either of you know any links to an actual diet plan? not a diet as such, but a plan that tells you what to eat every day. I need this structure but am not having much luck finding one myself! Any help appreciated!

Thats quite difficult to answer as what you should eat....especially during training is a personal thing really and depends on a number of factors.
Have a look on the runners world web site.....they have some good stuff on there about the sorts of things you should eat during marathon training.
Try to eat some of there suggested high carb foods two to three hours before a training session and then eat again not long after your training session to repair muscle damage and replace nutriants....a recovery drink could be used for this REGO is very good. This is important especially as you begin to run further.
Seriously though Lozzie....dont get to bogged down in it. Just concentrate on your running....eating healthy and everthing will be good.

As others have said, you don't seem to need to lose weight to me. Shame the dress doesn't fit - maybe with the healthy eating, training etc it will later on - if not just treat yourself to another one at some stage, I'm sure you'll look lovely in it! I certainly wouldn't recommend pills (think also of addiction etc) - if you really do think you need to lose weight (but see above) then try to do so naturally.

Hey Lozzle, since variety really is key to a balanced healthy diet, we'd be doing you a dis-service if we told you what to eat every day, the best we can dish up is decent advise - have a look at this website for some realy useful stuff:

Definitely NO diet pills. Even if they're natural they're pretty much un-tested and they're often a 'head thing'. You think they're working so they do.
Alli pills (and similar prescribed versions) make me laugh, because they only work as part of a calorie controlled low-fat diet. Go figure!!
If the black dress doesn't fit, find one that does. There's nothing worse than clothing that doesn't quite fit or you need to work hard to fit into it. Buy to your size every time you shop and you'll always feel good in what you wear, there's also no time limit or pressure to fit into something, likewise no stress to do so. You'll lose weight more easily without pressuring yourself to do it... it's taken me a long time to realise this.
Healthy balanced diet. If you like structure, pick the foods you like and work out a rota/meal plan. I food plan when I'm budgeting or when my diet needs to get back on track!!
An example for me could be:
Breakfast: Porridge with sliced banana and honey. Glass of orange juice.
Or
Fruit salad with yogurt and a slice of toast with butter/marmite or peanut butter/jam
Or
2 scrambled eggs on a slice of toast (maybe with beans)
Lunch:
Soup in whatever variety I fancy. Fruit. Yogurt.
Or
Sandwich with baked crisps and a yogurt
Or
Weight-watchers or similar ready meal
Dinner:
Chilli con carne with extra veg
Or
Steamed/Grilled lean meat or fish with mixed veg and pasta
Or
Anything I throw together with what's in the cupboard + fridge
The diet always starts tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes!!

You can take Zotrim diet pills without any fear as they are natural and don't have any side effects. You can get your right figure in just few days of the regular use of them. I am taking it from 3 months and it is really great.
For more information you can check the Zotrim reviews.

...although maybe a healthy dose of scepticism should accompany them as this account appears to have been created solely to share this link.
Diet pills are seriously unnecessary though - sensible eating and exercise are all you really need. When I first started out I used www.ediets.com but I don't think they exist any more; if you just type "diet plans" into Google it brings up plenty of websites with examples of meals to pick from. It worked for me, and I'm now 5 stone lighter than I used to be... Good luck!
