I am new to all this running and website stuff. I have ran two 10k races and a few sprint tri's. A friend has suggested running a Marathon.
I have been offerd a place in Berlin or Chicago marathon with Spinal Injuries Association SIA if I raise £500.
But before I accept I wondered if anyone else has ran with them?
Did they offer good support?
How many runs over 20 miles do I need to do?
