Finishing in less than an hour

I want to finish in less than an hour. Does anyone have tips on how I can improve my pace.

I think the key to my own success was simply this: I run with people who know more than I do. Oh! And I am willing to take their advice. I adopt portions of their philosophies, and just as importantly, I use their success as my benchmark.

I hope that makes sense to you.

there is a pacer program....you target a time and just follow then and you will make it.
