Plantar Fasciitis

I am having a medical emergency!

I am running this race next week, but have just been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis.

I will be running anyway, but can anyone give me tips on how to run without hurting myself more??

I would check with my doctor. Seem like that is really painful from what I hear. Check out the www.runningtimes.com site for the injury section. They usually have pretty good info.
