Hi there, thought I was going to get through this experience bug free but now it looks like one is trying to get me just before I was going to do my last long run this weekend! Now I'm in a dilema -do I hold off and do one next weekend so I don't feel I won't get around the distance or what? What a nightmare! I have to make it to the start line after all the fundraising and effort put in!

Running the VLM next month, for Alzhiemer's Research UK. Ran last year's Loundon Bupa with them also, i have a hefty amount to raise and i know i can make it, please sponder me at my site guys -

Hi there, I am running the VLM for the first time! Ran 21 miles yesterday and it hurt! How is anyone else doing?

Hi!im running my first marathon-the VLM.Unfortunetly ive developed shin splints so im resting up for a while, doing some cycling, and hoping to get out running again soon!
