Favourite Comedy Scene or Sketch

Which are your favourite comedy scene/sketch/series?  

It can be a scene from film or tv, or a sketch from a series, I'd be interested to know.

Instead of defining who/what is comedy, as some dictionaries have done:

        "a film, play, or broadcast programme intended to make an audience laugh"
            "OED"

 Another has it as
        "Popular entertainment composed of jokes, satire, or humorous performance."

I just think of it as anything that exercises your "chuckle muscle, to coin a phrase... (yes I have seen him, and yes it is true what they say - i took us seven hours to get out!!!)
