Well, it wasn't a healthy Christmas by any stretch of the imagination. However, I am now making an effort to eat better in general. Actually, it's more like eating less of the same stuff as before. Small changes!

I went to Manchester Xmas market yesterday and enjoyed some festive treats... although none of them healthy!! The healthy eating and gym-bunnying starts now up until Xmas Eve!! (Except work party and nights out with friends!!)
