    What are the best snacks to eat when you're having a fat day? I'm not keen on Naked bars and I love bombay mix but it makes your teeth yellow... I also eat lots of fruit but don't find it very filling. Any ideas?

    • VanSmartiMuffin 'I find bananas more filling than other fruit, and they've recently been revealed as a great weight-loss food too.
