Osteoporosis Australia is a national charity and our vision if Healthy Bones for All Australians.
Osteoporosis affects over 1.2 million Australians and a further 5.4 million people have low bone density. This disease and related fractures can seriously impact a patients life and places a significant burden on our health services. Awareness about bone health is the key. There are simple steps we can all take to help prevent osteoporosis and avoid related fractures.
