    Hope everyone has got a good easter weekend plan of action in place. I've failed to plan at all and I am worried now that when Tuesday rolls around I'm going to rue that mistake!

    Just added my smokey bacon fat to my bottle of four roses bourbon. Maple syrup bought. Ready to rock for England vs Scotland
    . Pancakes, sport and bacon infused whisky drinks. Awesome weekend: check.

    Smootie of the..... month (sorry for the irregular updates),
    * 2 bananas, peeled, frozen and cut into chunks
    * 1 cup frozen blueberries
    * 1 cup orange juice
    * 1 Tbs. honey
    * 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Smootie of the week is a Kiwi Melon Cooler.
    A thick, satisfying fruit smoothie that's light on calories but high in flavour thanks to kiwifruit, honeydew, and apple juice. * 1 1/4
    cups light apple juice, chilled
    * 2
    cups chopped honeydew melon, frozen
    * 1
    kiwifruit, peeled, chopped, and frozen
    *
    Honeydew and kiwifruit wedges (optional)
