The Harvey Wallbanger
The Harvey Wallbager is said to be named after surfer Tom Harvey. Supposedly created by award winning New York barman Donato “Duke” Antone in 1952 in honor of the rowdy wave rider. Apperently Harvey would dirnk so many of the drinks that he would lose his normally imperious skills of balance and bang into the walls lending it its rather topical name
A great flavour combo and a drink that goes down so easy you need to watch how many you have.
The Harvey Wallbanger
You'll need:
2 measures of your favourite vodka.
4 measures fresh orange jiuce.
1/2 Measure of Galliano
To make:
Stir the vodka and juice together in a tall glass filled to the top with ice. Once combined float the galliano liquer on the top of the drink using the back of a trustly bar spoon. Serve with a wedge of orange as a garnish.
