    Hi All, I'm actually training for my first half in June. Hope you don't mind me joining this group. Hopefully I'll do a full marathon at end 2013 beginning 2014.

    Yesterdays run in sub-zero temps was very uplifting, bright, with lots of glistening frost on branches. I found I had to concentrate really hard on my footing so's not to slip. Kept me occupied through the 5 miles. Too much winter kit on again though!
