    I really want to be able to run a marathon, but I can barely run a block without becoming winded and feeling like I am about to die. Any tips on how I can increase my stamina and make it to where I can actually run.

    I really want to prove everyone that I can run a marathon because I have always been really bad at running and my friends have always made fun of me. Any suggestions on how to train?

    • waynehutton1 'to complete a successful marathon without any injury you need to do 25 miles per week minimum. start your training with monday 3miles, tues 4miles, weds day off or cross train, thurs 4miles, fri 5miles,sat day off/cross train, sun 9miles. increase the mileage has you progress through your training programme. hope this helps!' 6 months ago
