    Right, I've got an hour to digest my muesli and blueberries (perfect Zumba fuel) and then I'm off to Saturday morning Zumba! It's the perfect start to my weekend and gives me a boost for the rest of the day. Who else is enjoying weekend Zumba!?

    Got a local zumba teacher in to our beaver pack meeting tonight to run a class for our children as part of their fitness challenge badge. Had a great time. I cant wait for my class tomorrow night.
