Entry categories:
Entering as an individual:
If you wish to enter as an individual then you must complete all three legs of the race (the swim, race and run) yourself. You can choose whether you want to enter the sprint, olympic or super sprint category:

| Individual Olympic | 1500m | 40km | 10km |
Entering as a team of three:
If you would like to enter as a team of three, each member will complete one discipline. One swims, one cycles and one runs. You would need to choose which distance category you would all like to compete in:
| Swim | Bike | Run | |
| Team Relay Sprint | 750m | 20km | 5km |
