This 5K race is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness and, with races in London, Liverpool and Birmingham, there's no reason not to join our team of lifeboat ladies!
TEAM RNLI has a limited number of guaranteed places - all we ask from you is a registration fee of £15 and minimum sponsorship of £100.
