adidas Half Marathon 2009

This half marathon provides you with a perfect opportunity for a pre-marathon warm up or, if you feel you're not quite ready for a marathon yet, its own challenge.

It also has the added bonus for motor sport enthusiasts of taking part on the famous Silverstone racetrack near Northampton.

In neighbourhoods up and down the country, many local Age Concerns provide emergency heating and clothing, and hot meals in day centres and lunch clubs. We give advice on benefits and heating grants, and arrange home visits for vulnerable older people. Please support Age Concern and help an often overlooked cause.
