1 in 5 over 65 year olds spend more then 12 hours a day on their own with no weekly contact with friends, family or neighbours. This isolation can lead to depression and ill health. By getting out and training for the London Marathon and raising money for Age Concern you can help us to stop this isolation for hundreds of older people in the UK.
