Join Asthma UK 's team for the 2009 Flora London Marathon and help raise a massive £450,000 to improve the health and well-being of the 5.2 million people in the UK with asthma.

We understand what it takes to run a marathon – that's why we support you every step of the way.

Our dedicated marathon team offers support and advice on every aspect of the race – from training and nutrition, to how to avoid blisters. We also offer unrivalled support along the route itself, with numerous cheer stations along the 26.2 miles to help you when the going gets tough!
