We constantly aim to find fun and exciting events to add to our calendar and we hope this is the most diverse and thrilling choice yet! 

Running continues to take the UK by storm with many races breaking entry records year on year.  We have places for you in the best runs, not only in the UK, but in the world.

In addition we can offer you spectacular cycle rides, adrenaline filled abseil challenges and breath-taking views await you trekking from the highlands to the Himalaya's and beyond.

• Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the UK's most common life threatening inherited disease
• It clogs the body's vital organs with thick sticky mucus making it difficult to breathe and digest food
• Over 8,000 babies, children and young people in the UK have CF
• 90% of people with CF die from lung damage
• There is presently no cure and average life expectancy is just 31 years
• Three more young lives will be lost this week to Cystic Fibrosis and 5 more babies will be diagnosed
• The CF Trust is funding gene therapy clinical trials in 2008 which, if successful, will prevent the lung damage that claims the lives of 90% of those with CF.  This is the first time anywhere in the world such a trial will have taken place
