Cystic Fibrosis Runners If you're looking for a course which features a superb start and finish area in the middle of a thriving city, then look no further! In just two years, Tokyo has joined the ranks of the super marathons, up there with London and New York, as 90,000 runners applied for 35,000 places in 2008.

This is Tokyo's largest scale city marathon starting in front of the city's government building. The course streaks through the city, taking in areas and sights including the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Metropolitan Office, Tokyo Tower, Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate and Ginza 4-chome Intersection.

The Tokyo Marathon is already one of the world's best races and we have guaranteed places to offer you in return for your pledge to raise a minimum of £1,000 in sponsorship for Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
