We are delighted to announce that we shall once again host our 5-mile run in Cardiff Bay along with the 2k fun run that's open to everyone so please, gather family and friends together and join us for a great day out in beautiful South Wales. The 5-mile flat route takes you over the magnificent barrage, where you have fresh water on one side and salt water on the other, with the finish outside the impressive Welsh Assembly Building.

Please sign up online now to take part in either, or both, runs with us or Contact Us if you'd prefer an entry form. Once your place is confirmed we shall send you a race pack including full details of when and where you need to be on race day.

We're so close to finding a way of removing the life-threatening element of Cystic Fibrosis and, by taking part in the Cardiff Bay 5, you can help us to See Off CF!

This event was known as the Great Welsh Run from 2002 to 2006, with 1,800 participants before Nova International introduced their 10k route in 2007 who owned the rights to our event name. However, they have announced they are not continuing with their 10k.
