Gather your best-friends, mums, daughters, sisters, nieces, aunts, grans, cousins and workmates together to run, jog or walk these fun 5k routes with Team CF. Ladies of any age are equally welcome to take part and girls just gotta have fun!

Online entries have now opened so please secure your place and, upon entering, please select the Cystic Fibrosis Trust to donate £5 of your entry fee to; this will then be sent to us from the race organisers.

If you also tick the box saying you are happy for us to contact you, we'll automatically send you a fundraising pack and tee-shirt to wear with pride on the day a little nearer the event date.

It's a great day out - take a picnic and make a day of it whilst at the same time helping us take one step closer to See Off CF.
