The Rat Race involves teams of three racing in a multi-disciplined challenge of navigation, endurance, running, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, abseiling, and tackling a course that is only revealed hours before you begin. THE GREAT WALL CHALLENGE

Stretching for 6,000 km (3,750 miles), the Great Wall zigzags its way across China – a true monument to man’s labours. The Great Wall Challenge is a 9 day event, trekking over watch-towers and battlements, and conquering the 1,000 steps at Mutinayu – not for the faint hearted! In addition, a trek brings you to Badaling Old Wall section where you will ‘lend a hand’ repairing a watch-tower on the Wall.

KILIMANJARO – THE LEMOSHO TRAIL

Join this fantastic trek to the Roof of Africa! Standing at an impressive 5,895m over the African plains, Mt Kilimanjaro is one of Africa’s best sights. This challenging trek follows the much less trodden Lemosho Glades route and is said to be one of the most stunningly beautiful hikes in Africa.
Our Lemosho Trail Challenge consists of 8 days on the mountain, which will maximise your chances of acclimatisation and also conquering this mighty peak. Starting in the rainforest of the Lemosho Glades, to the west of the mountain, you then push up across the Shira Plateau making our way towards the Karanga Valley, and then up and up towards your goal – Uruhu Peak.
