Just A Few Minutes Emergency Support

Accidents don't just happen to other people

Many young lives are lost because parents, carers and bystanders are unaware of basic procedures that can sustain life immediately after an accident.

JAMES offers FREE courses that teach simple actions that can save a child's life while awaiting the arrival of emergency services.

Anyone can learn these essential skills and we particularly encourage parents, grandparents and teachers to enrol in a course now. The stark reality is that for some, tomorrow maybe too late.

About JAMES

JAMES is a totally self-funded charity relying 100% on community support.

Our one-day courses are held in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire under the supervision of Course Director Alan Gibson – a highly respected Senior Consultant from Jessop's Maternity Wing, Sheffield.

Young lives saved

After just two years of providing this free training, we have already been told of 5 lives that have been saved through actions learnt at JAMES'S classes. Our vision is that every person, across the UK, that cares for a child is empowered to provide interim aid in the event of an accident.
