Right now, the lives of over three million people in the UK are threatened by chronic kidney disease. No one knows who or when kidney disease may strike next. It could be any one of us, young or old. That’s why Kidney research UK is funding vital research projects. By helping scientists to understand more about the condition, they will get ever closer to finding better prevention, treatments, and ultimately a cure.
