Flora London Marathon

Come and join our MACS running team for the Flora London marathon 2009. We had 100 MACS runners took part in this years event in April and we aim to make our 2009 team even bigger!

The Flora London Marathon has set the standard to which other running events, the world over, all aspire. It is the most popular marathon in the world and anyone who was there at 2008’s race, either running or spectating can tell you why. It is the one event that every year consistently brings out the heart and soul of this country onto the streets of the capital where ordinary people can achieve the extraordinary.

At MACS we have a number guaranteed places in the Flora London Marathon and we are recruiting for our 2009 team. All we ask is that you fundraise a minimum sum to help us to continue to offer support and information to families affected by Microphthalmia, Anophthalmia, Coloboma and related conditions.
