ING New York City Marathon

Come and join our MACS running team in the City That Never Sleeps in November 2008 for the ING New York City Marathon.

One of the most exciting cities in the world hosts this spectacular event that cuts right through the Big Apple. Starting from beneath the gaze of Statue of Liberty you journey through five boroughs, five bridges, all the way up to the tip of Manhattan, finishing in Central Park in all it’s autumnal glory. This world famous race allows you to see it all, cheered on by over 2,000,000 New Yorkers.

At MACS we have a number guaranteed places in the ING New York City Marathon on the 2nd November and are recruiting for our 2008 team. All we ask is that you fundraise a minimum sum to help us to continue to offer support and information to families affected by Microphthalmia, Anophthalmia, Coloboma and related conditions.
