Bupa London 10,000

Over 30 Mencap runners took part in the first ever BUPA London 10,000 alongside over 12,000 runners. The route takes in part of the Olympic route for 2012 and was televised by the BBC.
This new 10k is a great event for anyone of any ability wishing to start out and aiming for a ½ marathon, as training for a bigger event or simply as a fun run.
