Bupa Great South Run – 2008

Join the Meningitis Research Foundation's Bupa Great South Run team on Sunday 26th October 2008 and help beat meningitis and septicaemia.

The Bupa Great South Run takes place in Portsmouth and the 10-mile route passes many major tourist attractions including the Spinnaker Tower and HMS Victory. Last year Meningitis Research Foundation entered its largest team yet and we hope to better this success in 2008.

We have guaranteed places available and we also welcome applications from runners with their own place. Please note that our charity places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so book early to avoid disappointment.

By competing in the Bupa Great South Run for Meningitis Research Foundation you will be helping the charity tackle meningitis and septicaemia - diseases that still claim hundreds of lives each year and particularly affect the under-fives.

All our runners will receive a full sponsorship pack including:

We also provide all our runners with drinks and snacks in our marquee at the end of the race. It's a great opportunity to refuel and also meet your fellow runners and representatives from the charity. We can take your photo as well so you can prove to all your friends and supporters that you made it!
