Bupa Great South Run,

The Bupa Great South Run is a scenic 10-mile road race through Southsea in Portsmouth. It has a flat course and is an ideal race for those new to running or for experienced runners looking to run a personal best.

How do I get a place?
We had a large team of nearly 250 runners in last year’s race and would love for you to join us this year.

We ask for a minimum sponsorship of £150 for one of our places and are allocating them on a first come first served basis. As an MS Superstar you will receive a welcome pack full of fundraising and training advice, a professional running vest, and race day support.

What support will I get?
You'll get not only great support from the MS Events team, but we also provide a professional Ron Hill running vest, regular newsletters with training information, and a fantastic race reception at the Charity Village at the start and end of the race! What more could you want?!
