Then this is one for you. Set in Portsmouth and Southsea, it is scenic and flat and gives you the chance to take in the English south coast. The cooling sea breeze and fantastic local support will spur you on in this fast growing 10 mile run.

Running for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign means you will be helping to lead the fight against muscle disease in the UK. We rely almost entirely from the support of fundraisers like you, and to make a difference to over 30,000 people that have muscle wasting disease, we need your help.

We will provide you with a fundraising pack, training programme, a running t-shirt and will always be on hand to offer help and advice.
