Bank of America Chicago Marathon – Sunday 11th October 2009
We have Guaranteed Places for Bank of America Chicago Marathon on 11th October 2009. We ask you to pledge to raise a minimum of £1000 for the Chicago Marathon and pay an entry fee of £30. We’re not tied in with any Tour Operators so you’re free to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements so the cost is kept as low as possible for everyone and you can be flexible with your time away.
We provide special support for all of our runners in the Chicago Marathon:
- A full running pack complete with fundraising ideas and training advice
- Free Orchid running vest
- Pre-Marathon drinks in London for a chance to get to know the Orchid Team and your fellow runners
- Email training support
- There will be a “meet and greet” area at the Expo so you’ll have plenty of contact with other runners once you’re there.
Famous runners will be speaking about their experiences at the pre-race functions so please go along and pick up last minute hints and tips as well as meeting other runners.
Chicago is now part of the World Marathon Majors, are you up to a challenge? Why not run all five? – London, New York, Boston, Chicago and Berlin. Does your company have offices in other countries? Get a company team together, or run all five yourself!

We’ll then send you an official application form, and once you’re signed up we’ll send you further information and a full support pack.
