Bupa 10,000

This fantastic 10k run takes place on Monday 31st May and is run on the course which is likely to be used for the 2012 Olympic marathons. The event starts and finishes in St James’ Park and takes an anti clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London. Runners will pass famous sights such as Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament.

We do have places in the Bupa 10,000. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Join our team and we will provide everything you need to help you train, fundraise and enjoy the day!
Join our team and we will provide you with:

• A free, technical running t-shirt or vest
• Fundraising pack
• Information on training and nutrition
• All we ask is for you to pledge to raise a minimum of £ 200 for your entry and pay a £15 registration fee.

Already have a place?

If you have your own place we would be delighted if you would use it to raise funds for us. As you have your own entry we don't ask you for a minimum sponsorship amount we simply ask you to raise as much as you can. Of course we will help you in any way we can and we will provide you with a running pack and special running vest/t-shirt to get you started. In the run up to the event we will also send you regular mailings with fundraising and training tips.
