Join us on our new Vietnam to Cambodia cycle challenge. This is The Prostate Cancer Charity’s first bespoke overseas challenge and we are very excited to tell you all about it.

1st - 10th of March 2009

This fantastic challenge takes you through two of South East Asia’s most fascinating and culturally rich countries.

Starting in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City ( Saigon) you will experience breathtaking scenery, timeless traditions, ancient temples and a warm welcome from the local villagers en route. The challenge finishes in awe-inspiring Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

The challenge

Flying in to Ho Chi Minh City you will spend the day in this incredible city which is known as the heart and soul of Vietnam, haggling at the bustling markets and visiting the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.

The following day you will set off on your bike taking in the breathtaking scenery of Vietnam; the luscious green paddy fields, sweeping vistas and local farmers in traditional dress.

After crossing the Cambodian border you will journey past the Mekong River and the famous Ancient bridge of Kampong Kdei as you follow quiet roads surrounded by paddy fields and coconut palms. You finish at awe-inspiring Angkor Wat and can spend the day exploring the ancient temples within the jungle.

You will raise much-needed funds for men with prostate cancer whilst experiencing an unforgettable challenge.

Costs

We ask you to raise a minimum sponsorship amount prior to departing the UK. This covers your flights, accommodation, food and equipment. For a more detailed breakdown please see the full itinerary.
