Men need our help! They often won't admit it, but they do.

One man dies every hour of prostate cancer, the most common form of cancer in men.

The Prostate Cancer Charity is working tirelessly to ensure that prostate cancer receives as much recognition as breast cancer and that all men are aware of the signs and symptoms of prostate cancer.

Enter the adidas Women's 5k Challenge and run for the man in your life whether it be your husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle or friend.

This 5km event takes place in three locations; Birmingham, Liverpool and London. The event is open to women of all ages and abilities and you can walk, jog or run around the course.

We will provide you with a fundraising pack and t-shirt to wear on the day. In return we ask you to pay your own entry fee of £15 and then simply raise as much as you can for our work.
