Spinal Cord Injury can affect anyone at anytime. Whoever you are, whatever you do and whatever you'd rather be doing, it's a fairly safe bet that there's someone, somewhere, learning to live with paralysis who's quite a lot like you.

We need you to help us rebuild lives and challenge isolation, hopelessness and prejudice.

There are numerous ways you can get involved. From the sublime to the ridiculous - we're up for anything, if you are, and welcome your ideas and innovations, however fantastic.
