SIA provides life - long support to more than 40,000 people in the UK paralysed by spinal cord injury (SCI).

Our runners play a vital role in ensuring the continuation and development of our vital services and are an essential component of our ability to challenge and change negative notions of paralysis and to rebuild hope and aspirations following SCI.
