By competing in the real,- BERLIN-MARATHON for Meningitis Research Foundation you will be helping the charity tackle meningitis and septicaemia - diseases that still claim hundreds of lives each year and leave many more with serious disabilities such as amputations, brain damage and deafness.

While meningitis and septicaemia can affect anyone of any age, the under-fives are most at risk.

Your money will help the Foundation fund vital research which could bring an end to the diseases, create and distribute life-saving awareness information and support those people who have already been affected by meningitis and septicaemia.
