Self assess in six simple steps
The Self Assessment is a series of six short tests that will check your current fitness, diet and weight. To complete all the tests should take no longer than 10 minutes. Once you have finished you will be given an overall score along with information and advice on how you can improve in each area. All your results will be logged and accessible from your profile page so you can keep track on how you are progressing.
We recommend that you carry out a Self Assessment each month to see how you are progressing, they will then be saved in your activity centre.
