Help information for users downloading the realbuzz.com Guides and Plans

The plan is a downloadable PDF document which you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5 or above) to open on your computer. Most modern computers already have this installed.

However, if you do not have this already installed please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html where you can get the latest version free of charge.

Depending on your internet connection speed it may take a little while to download the guide, but the on-screen instructions are easy to follow.

Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed you should be able to freely open the document.

To buy the plan, follow these simple steps:

1. BUY ITEM - Click on the Buy Now button next to the guide you wish to purchase.

2. CONFIRM TRANSACTION - Here you will see a screen where you can confirm your order. Click the  button. On the next screen, click the Checkout button. 

You will now be asked to enter your details and create your shopping cart, by doing this you will be able to access ‘Your Account’ details on future visits. Simply click  and then  to pay.

3. PAY -You will now be taken to the secure payment pages where you need to enter your payment card details, click the card you wish to use, i.e: click the icon for Mastercard Mastercard and then fill out all the boxes required for your payment to be checked and authorized.

4. DOWNLOAD THE GUIDE - Once you have completed your order you will return to the shop screen, and you will see a link to the Get fit plan. This is downloaded by clicking on the  button where it will open in a new explorer window. You should save the document at this stage when it has fully downloaded.

Again depending on your internet connection speed you may need a few minutes for this to fully download to your computer.

Check inbox for follow-up email and try to download as normal

On downloading, the screen is blank

Your file is downloading

Please be patient as it is downloading and if you are using dial up it may take a while

When you check your basket nothing appears

You have not clicked the Buy Nowbutton next to the quantity box
