Galaxy Dance Studios - Hip Hop Dance Class

  • Hip hop students will increase agility and strength while learning beginning to intermediate hip hop and jazz moves. Class is for one hour. Students will have a long warmup, where simple new steps will be introduced quickly, isolations will be practised and stretches thoroughly executed. Across the floor exercises will include kicks, turns, leaps and free styling. Hip hop students should wear supportive sneakers and comfortable clothing that allows free movement that is not too baggy.
